In Part 4 of The Surrendered Life, Pastor KJ takes us to Jacob’s wrestling encounter in Genesis 32 and asks a challenging question: Have we surrendered what’s around us while something within us is still fighting against God?

Jacob knew how to pray, plan, negotiate, and make things happen—but he still had to learn how to fully depend on God. Sometimes God must confront the very thing we have learned to rely on: our strength, our plans, our image, our abilities, and our need to remain in control.

God isn’t breaking us to destroy us. He is bringing what has become misaligned back into alignment with His will.

God did not take Jacob’s life. He took Jacob’s leverage.
