NOT MY WILL. 🙏🏾
We can put our plans, relationships, finances, dreams—even our future—on the altar and still hold back the one thing God is asking us to surrender: our will.
Jesus showed us in Gethsemane that surrender doesn’t mean you don’t hurt. It doesn’t mean you don’t cry. It doesn’t even mean you wouldn’t choose another way.
It means you can bring all of that honestly before God and still say:
“Nevertheless, not my will, but Yours be done.”
Prayer may not remove the cup, but God will give you the strength and grace to face it.
